Beaverbrooks selects K3 Retail to fulfil multichannel ambitions

Beaverbrooks, the UK’s prestige retail jeweller, has selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV from K3 Retail to develop the multichannel jewellery business, improving the customer service across channels and supporting their roadmap for growth. The new system will replace legacy financial and merchandise systems, allowing the retailer to modernise and integrate with their current in-house developed EPOS system and their recently updated e-commerce platform, providing a comprehensive set of functionality, including better visibility of stock and faster fulfilment of the website and 65 stores.
