K3 Retail ‘make happy’ with this year’s conference

K3 Retail will be hosting its retail conference on Thursday, 12th June at Wokefield Park, Reading. This year the K3 Retail Conference puts the customer centre stage and looks at the whole customer journey, focusing on how to maximise the shopping experience, whether it is in-store, online, direct or via mobile.

On the day delegates will be able to hear from keynote speaker Dave Coplin, Chief Envisioning Officer at Microsoft. In his role at Microsoft, Dave is helping organisations and individuals envision the full potential that technology offers a modern, digital society.

Russell Dorset, Managing Director of K3 Retail, said: “Putting the customer at the heart of your business is the key to delivering the connected customer experience. We will also explore how to drive profitable sales and help retailers understand the true cost of making their customers happy. Happy Customers make happy shoppers making happy retailers.”

The afternoon will feature three key streams: The future of payments, customer experience, and delivering customer happiness. Each stream will include sessions from leading vendors in these areas, providing thought leadership, demonstrating their latest innovations, and providing insight on best practice.
Platinum sponsor VeriFone will explore integration complexity and the benefits of harnessing new payment technologies to create a personalised shopping experience.

Gold sponsors include Toshiba, who will discuss omnichannel from a consumer perspective, as well as document and data capture provider Intelligent Capture, and business intelligence and analytics specialists TARGIT, both of whom will demonstrate how their solutions can assist you in your goal of making customers happy.

After a great day at the conference, delegates will be able to relax with pre-dinner drinks, hear from our pre-dinner speaker and then join our street party, with a selection of international cuisines and live entertainment on offer. For those interested in the World Cup, the opening match will be shown, and snacks will be provided late into the evening.

Register now for the K3 Retail Conference and make happy retailing happen. The event is free to attend for retailers, and for those wishing to stay overnight, bed and breakfast accommodation is available at a subsidised rate of £90 per person.
