K3 Retail will be hosting its retail conference on Thursday, 12th June at Wokefield Park, Reading. This year the K3 Retail Conference puts the customer centre stage and looks at the whole customer journey, focusing on how to maximise the shopping experience, whether it is in-store, online, direct or via mobile.
On the day delegates will be able to hear from keynote speaker Dave Coplin, Chief Envisioning Officer at Microsoft. In his role at Microsoft, Dave is helping organisations and individuals envision the full potential that technology offers a modern, digital society.
