Oliver Scott
Non-executive Chairman
Oliver joined the board as a Non-executive Director in February 2020 and became Chair on 17 July 2024. Oliver is a partner of Kestrel Partners LLP, a business he co-founded in 2009 and which specialises in investing in smaller quoted technology companies. Prior to this, he spent over 20 years advising smaller quoted and unquoted companies, latterly as a Director of KBC Peel Hunt Corporate Finance. Oliver has acted as Kestrel’s representative on the Boards of various of its investee companies. He is currently a non-executive Director of Redcentric PLC and was previously a non-executive Director of Gresham Technologies PLC, IQGeo Group plc, IDOX PLC and KBC Advanced Technologies plc.
Mark Cockings
Managing Director
Mark was appointed to the Board on 30 September 2025. He joined the Group in March 2020 as Solutions Sales Director. He brings a wealth of commercial and executive experience within the Software and Technology sector, particularly in the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem. His previous roles include Head of Alliances and Sales Operations at HSO UK Ltd, Managing Director at both Prodware UK Ltd and Qurius Netherlands BV, and senior leadership positions at IBS AB (now Iptor), where he served as SVP Strategy & Development, SVP Sales and Marketing, and President for Central Europe.
Chris Errington
Non-executive Director
Chris joined the board as a Non-executive Director in July 2025. Chris is a partner of Kestrel Partners LLP, which specialises in investing in smaller quoted technology companies. Prior to this, he spent 12 years as CFO, then CEO, of Gresham Technologies plc, where he led the restructuring: delivering on the strategy of building and selling a new software product and took Gresham’s market cap from £5m to £60m. Chris is qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and spent 13 years in practice.
