For wholesale purposes, K3 Fashion also supports salesman samples flows, among other processes, while also ensuring that businesses can easily mass update order lines in the event of issues, like delays, cancellations, replacements or price updates.
K3 Pebblestone supports fashion and retail businesses in the sales phase by ensuring they can easily manage all aspects of operations tied to the presales process. Since there are occasions where certain items may sell poorly during the presales period, businesses must decide whether to continue producing and selling these products. K3 Pebblestone has advanced functionality to handle replacements and cancellations efficiently. Actions can be set up in the solution to adjust the sales order, by canceling the items or replacing them with similar products, all in an automated way.

Distribution
K3 Fashion supports fashion and retail businesses in their distribution phase by enabling them to define allocation priorities. This helps businesses identify which sales order lines will not be fulfilled. Impacted customers can then be alerted and the sales order line adjusted accordingly. Sales teams can subsequently suggest changes to the order or offer alternatives to avoid losing the order altogether. Once goods are available, users can quickly and easily allocate them in K3 Fashion while the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce functionality handles distribution requirements.
K3 Pebblestone supports fashion and retail businesses in their distribution phase by providing delivery plans that enable them to handle deliveries for multiple sales orders. When creating a delivery plan, various filters can be set, enabling businesses to focus on a subset of the available deliveries. The delivery plan displays summaries of both the outstanding items, and the items which have yet to be delivered. Once satisfied, businesses can push a button and all the inventory picks or sales shipments are printed, and the collection can be shipped to customers.
Retail
K3 Fashion supports fashion and retail businesses in their retail phase by providing comprehensive range planning functionality. This can be used to cluster stores into range planning groups, set store performance indicators, and determine what product option (i.e., item and colourway) will be allocated for the store cluster. K3 Fashion further supports businesses in this phase by enabling them to calculate how many items are required per store, determine demand forecasts on specific dates, and split purchased quantities over selected stores without running master planning.
